OK I just had to share this delicious Chocolate Chili recipe with you (recipe and photo from the Well Fed Cookbook, which you can purchase here.) I’m actually working my way through the whole cookbook and so far it’s de-lish!
The best part of this recipe? I mean besides it being completely paleo-friendly, is that it tastes even better the next day! I had it for dinner last night and then for lunch today with red peppers … Yum!!

Daniel and I are big fans of Chinese and I was so disappointed when I read that I couldn’t have soy sauce … but not anymore~! I had to make a trip to Whole Foods to find this gem but oh my goodness was it worth it … It’s a soy sauce substitute and can be used in lots of recipes. It’s pricey (it was $7.99 USD) so I will use it sparingly but oh my goodness is it worth it. Just thought I’d share.
