Christmas Cookie Round-Up: Paleo, Gluten-Free, Vegan AND Delectable.

14 Dec

WARNING: This post may induce spontaneous baking.

I am a huge fan of dessert. I’ve never really been big on baking but I’ve always enjoyed the dessert eating process. I can get down on some chocolate. Oh man. Anyway, I thought I’d share some of my picks for this yummy holiday season and encourage you to get your bake on. If you’re looking for healthier holiday cookie options that still deliver amazing taste, these recipes are for you. Also, here’s a cookbook suggestion for your library. I bought this a while ago and it’s got a ton of gluten-free options for dessert and other meals. If you like to bake, this cookbook is for you.
